But more importantly was the WAY it blew up. Repeatedly, Windows gave a message about some file in the Castle working directory being corrupt and unreadable, and finished "Please run CHKDSK". And when I restarted Windows, it did indeed say that my disks were corrupted and needed to run chkdsk (it didn't find any failures.) I am more than a little shy about using a tool that has the capability to write to the disk in a way that ends up requiring CHKDSK. I think for the time being, I'll stick with downloading the latest versions by hand.
